The sixth "speed boost" of Chinese railways

Numbered D460, a train designed to run at a speed of 200 km per hour leaves east China's Shanghai for Suzhou early Wednesday morning, April 18, 2007, marking the beginning of the sixth "speed boost" of Chinese railways, which has been hard-pressed to cope with the country's hunger for bigger transport capacity.
I think improve the railway speed can bring people more convenient to their life.
High-speed trains with a speed of 200km (124 miles) per hour or more will improve the railway service.
